Food for Fines and Summer Hours

April 29, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Well, the semester is drawing to a close and you know what that means: the return of Food for fines! You can take $2 off your fines with every can of food you bring in (no Ramen noodles, though! – studies have determined that only students can survive on them. For ramen recipes to spice up your student-fare, check out Ramenlicious).

All donations go to City Harvest

And on Tuesday May 5th, the library will switch to its summer schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Closed weekends.

We will close early – at 4pm – on Fridays from May 29th through August 21st.

Here are some images from around the library the last couple of days. We’ve got new chairs in the computer lab – a nice blast of color!
New Chairs!

Last minute studying fills the tables.
Studious action

Have a great summer!
