Can I check items out over break?

Yes, if they are books, filmscripts, comics, or exhibition catalogs. To renew them they must be due Dec 17, 18 or 19th, and you cannot have over $10 in fees.

DVDs/VHS/CD cannot be renewed over the break.

To renew :

• Go to VISION
• Click on “Patron Info”
• Type in your SVA ID #, and last name.
• From there you will be able to renew your items for over the break. Please note the due dates because they may be before school starts (The library will be open limited hours Jan. 2-11, see announcement below).

Renew your items in VISION in the “Patron Info” section. It is easy and rewarding to use!

Go to vision.schoolofvisualarts.edu

Click on “Patron Info” at the top and type in your SVA ID # & your last name.

It will bring you to your account where you can see all of your due dates and renew applicable items.

*Remember, overdue items, and DVDs, VHSs, and Audio CDs cannot be renewed. Also, keep your fines under $10 so you won’t have problems renewing.
